Went shopping yesterday
and did an almost completely dairy free shop. Going to start cutting the majority of it out until its all gone and i’m going to start taking supplements again. Hopefully on my way to living a healthy vegan lifestyle.

My neighbours dog just got run over out the front...
I went to go see but my dad wouldn’t let me go out the front because he knows how much it effects me. Apparently its bodies still on the side of the road. Now i’m almost crying just because i am so upset for that poor woman. Losing your pet in that way is so horrific.
I'm going to have to try veganism again
I can’t handle the guilt. Anyone have any good sites to check out for maintaining a healthy diet? I got really sick last time and ended up in hospital. If you have any info about it link me please. would be appreciated <3
